This Power BI dashboard is designed to help communities better understand the populations they serve and where clients fall on the Reaching Home housing continuum. The dashboard connects directly to your community’s database and provides a real-time, interactive view of client demographics, housing status, consent information, and client placement along the Reaching Home continuum.

To support implementation, the following resources are available for download:

• Power BI Dashboard File – The (.pbix) file is opened by Power BI Desktop software, which connects to your local HIFIS database.
• Installation Guide – Step-by-step instructions on how to connect the dashboard to your HIFIS Database and publish it to the Power BI Service for community-wide access and use.
• User Guide – A practical walkthrough of how to use the dashboard, apply filters, and interpret the visualizations effectively.
